Accepted Materials
The following materials can be placed in our roll-off containers:
Construction & Demolition Debris
- Lumber, framing, plywood
- Drywall and sheetrock
- Roofing shingles
- Siding (vinyl, wood, aluminum)
- Windows and doors
- Insulation (non-asbestos)
- Carpet and padding
- Tile and linoleum
General Household Items
- Furniture (couches, tables, chairs)
- Mattresses and box springs
- Appliances (non-Freon, see restrictions)
- Clothing and textiles
- Books, papers, cardboard
- Toys and household goods
- Dishes, cookware, decorations
Yard & Landscaping Debris
- Branches and brush
- Leaves and grass clippings
- Sod and soil (light amounts)
- Fencing (wood and chain link)
- Deck boards and railings
- Landscape timbers
Special Arrangement Required
These materials are accepted but require advance notice due to weight or handling requirements:
Concrete, Brick & Block
Accepted with prior arrangement due to extreme weight. Must be loaded separately — do not mix with other debris. Call ahead.
Dirt, Rock & Gravel
Accepted with prior arrangement. Weight limits apply. A dedicated container may be required for large volumes.
Stumps & Large Root Balls
Accepted with prior arrangement. Must be free of excessive soil. Call to discuss size and quantity.
Appliances with Freon
Refrigerators, freezers, and AC units require Freon removal certification before disposal. Confirm before loading.

Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be placed in our dumpsters for safety and regulatory reasons:
- Hazardous waste (paint, solvents, pesticides, chemicals)
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Tires
- Batteries (car, lithium, etc.)
- Propane tanks and gas cylinders
- Medical waste
- Fluorescent bulbs and tubes
- Electronics (TVs, monitors — check local e-waste programs)
- Flammable liquids and aerosol cans
- Food waste in large quantities
